Initial advice with no obligation
There is no initial charge for simply discussing your situation with one of our advisers. Most enquiries will lead to a mortgage proposal outlining a potential mortgage. If you decide not to proceed after receipt of this proposal, there is still no fee to pay.

Money Back Guarantee
If you decide to proceed with your application following receipt of a mortgage proposal, we will ask you to pay an Administration Fee. However, if for any reason we are unable to find you a suitable mortgage product, we refund this fee, which will give you additional peace of mind (please refer to our Terms & Conditions).

All mortgage advisers that issue mortgage proposals are fully qualified at FPC and MAQ. They are members of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Personal Finance Society, Which is a compulsory examination for UK-based mortgage advisers to act on behalf of clients. we take pride in ensuring we offer professional advice.

We can offer you products from all the leading banks in Spain and will endeavour to find the right mortgage for you from the most suitable bank. We have special terms arranged with these banks, often allowing us to secure better mortgage borrowing than if you went along on your own.

Competitive Charges
Our fees are very competitive and we also provide a “Money Back Guarantee”, as explained above. Most mortgage brokers will charge you a fee, which in some ways reduces the saving they obtain for you - charging a fee is a good indication that they are genuine. Those who do not charge a fee earn their income only on the commission the lender pays them and, as such, may be swayed towards the lender who offers the best commission rather than finding the best mortgage available on the market.

Face-to-Face Advice
We are based in the Spanish city of Valencia and should you wish to meet with us face-to-face, we are more than happy for you to visit our offices. There is no fee associated with this, or obligation to do so.

The Mortgage Code
This is a code for mortgage advisers based in the UK. Although we cannot subscribe to this code under Spanish regulation, we still follow the principles of The Mortgage Code, as we believe in conducting business in a professional manner and being accountable for our work.

S.L. Registered
This is best compared to a limited company in the UK. Most banks will only deal with companies that are S.L. registered, meaning we can offer products from all Spanish and UK banks.

Legal Services
Although not compulsory, we strongly advise you to use a Lawyer when buying a property in Spain to protect you against some of the pitfalls of buying a property overseas. If you do not have your own Lawyer, we can help you find one.

Foreign Exchange
If your mortgage is arranged with us, we can help you transfer money from the UK to Spain and vice versa. We work closely with one of the leading UK foreign exchange companies and transferring money through them is a lot cheaper than transferring via a high street bank or building society. The fees are less and the exchange rates are better. Significant savings can be made.
